Shipping policy
All orders are estimated to be delivered within 3 working days upon receipt of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Flat rate shipping to the UK: £6.60
- Free shipping is available on orders over £60 (ex VAT)
Applicable only to mainland UK.
Orders placed from regions such as the Isle of Man are subject to a standard delivery fee of £10.45, where our free shipping rate is also not applicable.
ROI Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Flat rate shipping to the ROI: €7.00
- Free shipping is available on orders over €170 (ex VAT)
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Please note that at this time we are unable to deliver items to countries outside of the UK, Isle of Man & Republic of Ireland. If we receive an order from any countries outside of these regions, we will provide you with a full refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at masters@monument-tools.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
